Red Desert SOLD

$1,200.00

Every night when the sun sets in my small mountain town the landscape turns red. For about 10 minutes the sunlight bathes the earth with its warmth and glory before setting for the night.

I try to convey the sense of spaciousness and peace of the immense valley where I live, and to depict that space in a friendly manner, if you will, rather than as a purely desolate experience.

That kind of space can feel lonely at times, but it can also create an enormous sense of freedom.
