In addition to daily yoga and meditation, we’ll also explore creative writing as a practice. This is a tool that I have refined over the years that supports going deeper into the psychological process and offers clarity when making life choices. Morning and evening meditation practice provides the framework for the schedule, allowing you to settle the mind in a way that leaves it open to reprogramming and positive change. You’ll learn yoga practices that awaken dormant energies in the body. Creative writing practice facilitates dialogue with this deeper wisdom current inside. Within the context of nurturing community, this program will give you the tools you need to thrive.

As a trained psychotherapist, experienced yoga teacher and devoted Dharma practitioner with over over 22 years of teaching experience, I spent 15 years living in South Asia leading wellness retreats offering contemplative tools for emotional well-being and profound mental health. I also published Ashtanga Yoga for Beginner’s Mind to help guide students to an understanding of how to apply practice to daily life.
