Merry Christmas! A Year in Review.

Merry Christmas! A Year in Review.

Can you believe we are at the end of 2014? I can confirm what they say: the older you get, the faster time flies.

I’m remembering the special moments of this year as we wrap it up. I’m so grateful to you for having been a part of this year, and for allowing me the opportunity to share my passion with you: the inspiration of yoga, meditation, creative writing practice and contemplative psychotherapy. It’s because of you that I am able to grow and learn, because without a student, there is no teaching. Without the teachings, there is no wisdom. So thank you for being there, so that wisdom may grow.

Every year, I like to remember the highlights, as a way of marking how far I have come from the confused young woman I once was. My hope is that in doing so, I may inspire someone else to embark on a journey to the realm of well-being. Here is a year in review, a snippet of those wonderful moments of 2014.

White Temple Christmas
December: White Temple in Chiang Rai, Thailand. This is actually a collection of hanging heart-shaped metal cut-outs, on which people write (in magic marker) their hopes, aspirations, dreams and wishes. On one of those cut-outs, I wrote the aspiration that we may all be free of suffering, and that we may experience peace, love, harmony and joy. May it be so.

I hope our paths will cross again this year. If not, then I hope you’ll stay in touch and let me know how and where the path leads you.

Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas!

With love, Kim
